I didn't always know my voice was medicine. For a long time, it was the thing I hid most — buried under years of survival, shame, and learning to make myself small just to feel safe. Everything I embody and teach was forged in my own lived experience.
That smallness showed up everywhere. In my body as asthma and chronic pain. In my choices as substance abuse and disordered eating. I spent my teenage years navigating heroin and meth addiction, homelessness, and a constant state of suppression just to survive.
Everything shifted when I began to reclaim my voice — not just as a singer, but as a co-creator of my reality. My voice became the doorway to authenticity, healing, and freedom. Through somatics, singing, storytelling, and songwriting, I transformed a lifetime of survival programming into creative energy.
That transformation became my work. I've supported thousands of women through international retreats, coaching programs, and music. I run a business that's an extension of my soul. And most of all, I get to mother my daughter with radical presence — watching her move through the world fully expressed, empowered, and embodied.
